Stir-Fried Water Spinach Spicy Recipe

   
Water Spinach is a kind of nutrient rich vegetables. Vitamin C in this vegetable is more than vitamin C in the fruits. This vitamin is well to prevent ulcers and raise the immune system. So the body is not susceptible to invasive disease caused by viruses, such as flu. Vitamin B-Complex and Omega 3 in this vegetable are enhancing the production of serotonin in our brains. So they can create an atmosphere of calm through the brain.









   This dish is cooked with various seasonings, eg. thai pepper. It contains beta-carotene that has antioxidant properties. So, it can protect the cells from damage.






   This menu is also made of tempe. Tempe is a kind of food made from fermentation of soy beans or some other material that uses some kind of rhizopus, such as rhizopus oligosporus, rhizopus oryzae, rhizopus stolonifer. This fermentation is also generally known as yeast tempe.



   This is the recipe of this dish:

Ingredients:

a. Main Ingredients:
   - 2 bunch Water Spinach, cut into small pieces
   - 2 pieces onion, sliced into thin pieces
   - 1 cm ginger, hit up bruised
   - 1 cm galangal, hit up bruised
   - 2 pices red chili, sliced oblique into thin pieces
   - salt and sugar sufficiently
   - 3 tablespoons oil
b. Softened Seasoning Ingredients
   - 5 pieces red chili
   - 5 pieces thai pepper
   - 1 sliced thin tempe
   - 3 pieces garlic
   - 5 pieces onion
   - 1 teaspoons shrimp paste
   - 1 pieces tomato

Directions:

1. Stir-fried in the oil softened seasoning ingredients. Wait for a few minutes until smelling flavour.
2. Put in the ginger, galangal and chili. Stir it for a few second.
3. Put in the water spinach, stir it until well blend.
4. Add salt and sugar.
5. Lift up and it's ready to serve.

*Tips:
- Don't cut the water spinach before it's washed. Wash this vegetable firstly, then cut it into small pieces. It's to prevent the loss of nutrient inside of.
- Cook this menu in the little fire.

In addition, It can prevent alzheimer's disease, because polysaccharide extract in this mushrooms is able to obstruct one of the main enzymes cause alzheimer's disease.




And the following below is the recipe of rice vermicelli mushrooms chili pepper sauce:

Ingredients:

a. Main Ingredients:
    - 250 gr rice vermicelli
    - 250 gr black ear mushrooms
    - 1 tablespoons white pepper
    - salt and sugar
    - 3 tablespoons oil
b. Softened Seasoning Ingredients:
    - 10 pieces red chili
    - 5 pieces garlic
    - 7 pieces onion
    - 4 pieces hazelnut
    - 1 cm galangal
    - 1 cm ginger
    - 1 pieces tomato

Directions:
1. Stir-fry all softened seasoning ingredients in oil. Take a few minutes until smelling flavour and it looks like brown.
2. Put in the black ear mushrooms, and keep it in stiring.
3. Then put in the rice vermicelli. Stir it until well blended.
4. Put in salt, sugar and white pepper
5. Stir it until well blended.
6. Lift up, and it's ready to serve
7. Serve with crackers

   This food is really yummy, tasty and spicy. In addition, this dish is very healthy. So, you have no worry to eat this.

Spicy Lamb Dish Recipe:

Lamb is delicious meat that can cooked in various dish. One of them is spicy lamb dish. This menu is rich of spices that can make food becoming delicious and tasty. Moreover that spices contain many kinds benefits for our body. For instance chili that contains capsaicin. It's helpful to lose weight. There is also galangal that helpful to reduce fever. And then there's ginger that's useful to launch blood circulation. And many more helpful spices are contained in this menu.

These are recipe of spicy lamb dish:

Ingredients:

a. Main Ingredients
  • 1 kg lamb, cut into a square shape with appetite size
  • 1 ltr thick coconut milk
  • 500 ltr water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 bay leafs
  • 3 orange leafs
  • 2 lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon powder pepper
  • salt and sugar sufficiently according to taste
b. Softened Seasoning Ingredients:
  • 1 ons red chili
  • 15 pieces onion
  • 8 pieces garlic
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 5 pieces hazelnut
c. The Other Ingredients
  • grated coconut, rosted

Directions:

1. Stir-fry in oil softened seasoning ingredients (b), put in lamb and water, stew it until steamy and dry
2. Put in thick coconut milk, powder pepper, lemongrass, bay leafs, orange leafs, salt, and sugar
3. Cook until thicken and dry, then reduce the fire
4. Mix the other ingredients into cuisine, stir it well
5. Lift up and ready to serve
