Spicy Lamb Dish Recipe:
Lamb is delicious meat that can cooked in various dish. One of them is spicy lamb dish. This menu is rich of spices that can make food becoming delicious and tasty. Moreover that spices contain many kinds benefits for our body. For instance chili that contains capsaicin. It's helpful to lose weight. There is also galangal that helpful to reduce fever. These are recipe of spicy lamb dish:
Ingredients:
a. Main Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb, cut into a square shape with appetite size
- 1 ltr thick coconut milk
- 500 ltr water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 bay leafs
- 3 orange leafs
- 2 lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon powder pepper
- salt and sugar sufficiently according to taste
b. Softened Seasoning Ingredients:
- 1 ons red chili
- 15 pieces onion
- 8 pieces garlic
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 piece tomato
- 5 pieces hazelnut
c. The Other Ingredients
- grated coconut, rosted
Directions:
1. Stir-fry in oil softened seasoning ingredients (b), put in lamb and water, stew it until steamy and dry
2. Put in thick coconut milk, powder pepper, lemongrass, bay leafs, orange leafs, salt, and sugar
3. Cook until thicken and dry, then reduce the fire
4. Mix the other ingredients into cuisine, stir it well
