Rice Vermicelli Mushrooms Chili Pepper Sauce Recipe:


   Rice Vermicelli is a kind of food that contains carbohydrate. It has important part in metabolic processes. It's delicious, soft, and enjoyable to eat.




   There are a lot of kinds of mushrooms. Black ear mushrooms is choosen for this menu. Black ear mushrooms is a suitable food for diet. It's because this food contains dietary fiber. In addition, It can prevent alzheimer's disease, because polysaccharide extract in this mushrooms is able to obstruct one of the main enzymes cause alzheimer's disease.




And the following below is the recipe of rice vermicelli mushrooms chili pepper sauce:

Ingredients:

a. Main Ingredients:
    - 250 gr rice vermicelli
    - 250 gr black ear mushrooms
    - 1 tablespoons white pepper
    - salt and sugar
    - 3 tablespoons oil
b. Softened Seasoning Ingredients:
    - 10 pieces red chili
    - 5 pieces garlic
    - 7 pieces onion
    - 4 pieces hazelnut
    - 1 cm galangal
    - 1 cm ginger
    - 1 pieces tomato

Directions:
1. Stir-fry all softened seasoning ingredients in oil. Take a few minutes until smelling flavour and it looks like brown.
2. Put in the black ear mushrooms, and keep it in stiring.
3. Then put in the rice vermicelli. Stir it until well blended.
4. Put in salt, sugar and white pepper
5. Stir it until well blended.
6. Lift up, and it's ready to serve
7. Serve with crackers

   This food is really yummy, tasty and spicy. In addition, this dish is very healthy. So, you have no worry to eat this.
